We are in the 8th month and both of us are unsure if its safe at this stage or better to wait now till delivery. dont really know who to ask this comfortably. how was it for u all in late months?
In an uncomplicated pregnancy it is usually considered safe, but every case is different. Things like placenta position or bleeding history can change the advice. Honestly the safest answer is to ask your own gynac since they know your situation.
Generally yes if your pregnancy is normal and your doctor hasnt said no. Just be comfortable and gentle. But if you have any complications or your gynac advised bed rest then avoid it. Best to just ask your doctor directly, no shame in that.
Babe its a normal question dont feel awkward. For most normal pregnancies its okay till later months, just find comfy positions. But ya if your doctor flagged anything, hold off. When in doubt just quietly ask the gynac na, they hear this all the time.
Please check with your doctor first on this one. In my case i was told to avoid it because of my situation, so it really depends on your individual pregnancy. If everything is normal it may be fine, but get the green light from your gynac.
