First trimester here and both me and my husband are a bit unsure about being intimate now. Dont want to do anything that could harm the baby. Is it generally safe or are there times to avoid? a little awkward to ask my gynac directly tbh.
For most uncomplicated pregnancies its considered safe. That said, if you have placenta issues, history of preterm labour or bleeding, the advice changes. So honestly the best thing is to just ask your own gynac directly, no awkwardness, theyre used to it.
In a normal healthy pregnancy, yes its generally safe, the baby is well protected. My gynac said go ahead unless theres a specific reason to avoid. But if you have spotting, pain or any risk, then ask your doctor first.
Depends a lot on your individual situation. In my case the doctor advised against it for a while because of some complications. So please check with your gynac rather than going by general answers, every pregnancy is different.
Yaar in a normal pregnancy its usually fine, dont stress about it. Listen to your comfort and your doc. If anythings off like bleeding or pain, pause and check. Otherwise its okay to be close with your partner.
