Can skipping of periods without pregnancy and pcos be normal?
My period is late by almost 2 weeks, test came negative and i dont have pcos either. Now im a little worried matlab why is it skipping then? is this something normal sometimes? pls share.
Beta, sometimes heat in the body or changing seasons can delay your cycle. You can try drinking warm papaya juice or ginger tea, as they help in getting periods naturally. But if it delays by many weeks, definitely show a doctor.
Before I got pregnant, I also skipped my period once and panicked, but my tests and scans were completely normal. Has anyone else experienced this where stress was the only reason? It's so weird how our bodies react.
Actually, my sister-in-law had skipped periods for two months without being pregnant or having PCOS. Her doctor said it was just due to extreme stress and a lack of proper sleep. It got normal once she started sleeping better.
I can only share my personal experience here, as I'm not a doctor. I used to skip periods occasionally when my work schedule got very hectic and I wasn't eating right. Once I fixed my routine, my cycle came back to normal.
Haan, bilkul ho sakta hai na! Stress, weight changes, or travel can also delay periods sometimes. It doesn't always have to be PCOS or pregnancy. Still, doctor se ek baar check karwa lo to be sure.
I know how frustrating it is when your body doesn't behave normally and you keep wondering what's wrong. Stress really affects our cycles so much. Please take deep breaths and give yourself some grace, it will get sorted out.
Chill, yaar! Don't stress too much, sometimes our bodies just take a little break due to fatigue or lifestyle changes. It's totally normal now and then. But if it happens regularly, just get a quick checkup done.
Sometimes high stress or even some hormonal imbalance can delay your period. I remember my cycle went crazy when I was under stress before conceiving. Try to relax, eat well, and check with your gynac if it delays too much.
