Pregnancy happens only when sperm reaches the vagina and meets the egg. From the anus itself it cannot cause pregnancy directly. But if anything leaks near the vaginal opening then theres a small chance, so dont take it lightly.
Biologically the two passages are separate, so anal contact alone wont cause pregnancy. The only worry is accidental spillage towards the vagina. If you are unsure or worried about anything, a quick talk with a gynac clears all doubts.
