This might sound silly but im genuinely worried. There was no actual intercourse, just stuff got on the underwear and now im overthinking it. Is this even a real chance or am i panicking for nothing?
I had similar doubts when reading up. From what i understood, on fabric the sperm cant really survive or travel. Its an extremely rare scenario, not the usual way pregnancy happens.
The chance from sperm on clothing is extremely low, because sperm dries and dies quickly outside the body. Pregnancy really needs sperm reaching inside during intercourse. So dont panic over this, its very unlikely.
