Can stomach pain happen during first month of pregnancy?
I'm in my first month of pregnancy and sometimes feel a mild stomach pain or discomfort. Is it normal to experience stomach pain during the very first month of pregnancy?
Oh God, I completely understand how scary this feels! I used to panic at every small ache in my first month, thinking something is wrong. Mild pain is usually normal stretching, but please talk to your doctor if it's too much. Breathe, you are going to be fine.
Haha welcome to the club, your uterus is currently doing a renovation job! A little cramping is just the baby making space for its 9-month stay. But if the pain feels like a major construction hazard, definitely run to your doctor!
A little stretching or mild cramping can happen in the first month as the body changes, but honestly, always check with your gynac first. Better to be safe than sorry in these early weeks. Just give your doctor a quick call to rule out anything serious, ok?
Actually mild cramping happens when the uterus is expanding. I used to do very gentle stretching and slow walking to feel better, but only after my gynac allowed it. Don't do any exercises or yoga now unless your doctor says it is completely safe for you.
My MIL told me that mild stretching pain is quite normal as the baby starts growing inside. She used to give me warm water to sip when my stomach felt tight. But she also made sure I called my gynac just to confirm everything was fine. Take care!
Mere saath bhi stomach discomfort was there, but honestly, my heavy nausea and vomiting made everything feel ten times worse. Sometimes it's just gas or bloating because of hormones. Try having small meals and stay hydrated, but if the pain is sharp, pls call your doc immediately.
