Can stomach upset and vomit be a sign of pregnancy?

Since two days my stomach is upset and i vomited once this morning. Period is also a bit late. Confused if its just food or something else, did anyone have this before getting their positive?

Haan it can be, mere saath bhi yahi hua tha. But upset stomach can be so many things na, dont jump to conclusion. Test karke confirm kar lo.

For me the nausea and vomiting hit hard around week 6, it can be an early sign but also normal indigestion. If u missed ur period too, just take a test. And if vomiting is severe and u cant keep water down, please see ur doc.

It can be, but on its own it isnt confirmation. The clearest signal is a missed period plus a positive test. Keep yourself hydrated and test in a couple of days.

I felt queasy and threw up a couple times before i even tested, thats actually what made me suspect. It was such an emotional moment when the test confirmed it. But it can also just be a stomach bug honestly.
