Last few days have been super stressful at home and twice my nose started bleeding out of nowhere. Im around 20 weeks. Never had this before pregnancy. Is it the stress or normal pregnancy thing? thoda worried.
Oh dear, nosebleeds can be really scary but they do happen sometimes due to increased blood flow and stress. Just sit comfortably, lean forward a bit, and please inform your gynac so they can check your blood pressure.

According to my pregnancy app, increased blood volume and stress can definitely dry out nasal passages and cause bleeding. It's quite common but you should track how often it happens and definitely inform your gynac at your next visit, or call them if it's heavy!
