Can sudden jerk during pregnancy cause spina bifida?
I was getting off an auto today and got a sudden jerk, now im worried sick about it. Read something about spina bifida online and cant stop thinking. I'll mention it to my gynac but is this really something a jerk can cause?

Relax, a jerk while walking or in the car doesnt cause that. Spina bifida forms in the first month from how the spine develops, nothing to do with sudden movements. Baby is well cushioned inside anyway.
