I love swimming and used to go regularly before. Now im in second trimester and missing it bohot. Is it actually safe to continue or better to stop? Pls share ur experience.
My mother was very worried when I asked about swimming, as elders prefer we stay indoors and rest. But my doctor said it is totally safe and gentle if done carefully. If you do go, just make sure the pool is clean and you don't overexert.
