Had a chemical pregnancy couple months back and since then nothing, its been so hard emotionally. now im scared something is wrong with me. did anyone conceive again after this and how long did it take?
Please be gentle with yourself, what you went through is real grief. Many women conceive healthily after a chemical pregnancy, it often does not mean anything is wrong. When you feel ready, a doctor can help you plan the next steps calmly.
My doc explained a chemical pregnancy is a very early loss and most women go on to have normal pregnancies after. She said it actually shows you can conceive. If you have had a few, then she suggested some tests, otherwise just heal and try again.
I went through a chemical pregnancy and I know how much it hurts, even early loss is still loss. The good news my doctor gave me was that it usually does not affect future fertility. Give yourself time to heal and then try again with your gynac guiding you.
I totally understand the fear after a loss, it stays with you. But it usually does not stop you from conceiving again. Take your time, lean on your people, and talk to your gynac when you are ready.
