Paracetamol is usually the safe go to in pregnancy for fever or pain, but always confirm with ur own doctor first, don't just pop it. For high fever definitely call them.
Haan paracetamol type usually theek hota hai but pls apne doctor se pucho na before taking. Especially agar fever zyada hai to call them, mat ignore karo.
Please don't self decide on this. Paracetamol is generally the one doctors allow but the dose and whether u need it should come from ur gynac, especially the strength. I always called my doc before taking anything.
I never took even a paracetamol without asking my doctor during pregnancy. Better to ring the clinic, they reply fast for these things. Self medication is the thing to avoid.
