Someone recommended folly gel to me for the folic acid but my own doctor hasnt mentioned this particular one. im 7 weeks and dont want to take anything on my own without checking. has ur gynac prescribed this to anyone?
Even if its a folic acid type tablet, let your doctor confirm the brand and dose. They know your reports. Self choosing supplements is not a good idea in pregnancy.
