Can taking excess tablets in early pregnancy effectsancy?
I didnt know i was pregnant and was taking some tablets regularly for almost 2 weeks. now im like 6 weeks and so scared it might have harmed the baby. anyone been through this? what did ur doctor say.
I can only share that I never took anything extra without asking my doctor first, even simple stuff. I wouldnt guess on medicine matters honestly. Please ring your gynac for this one.
Please do not take any extra tablets on your own in early pregnancy, this is really important. If you have taken something by mistake, call your gynac right away and tell them exactly what and how much. Dont panic but do get advice fast.
Early pregnancy is sensitive so even common medicines should only be taken if the doctor approves. Excess of anything is not good. Best is to share your full list of tablets with your gynac and let them decide.
I would have panicked over this too, I overthink everything. But the right move is just to call your doctor and tell them, dont sit worrying. They'll calm you and guide what to do.
