Checked my temp today and it showed around 95 something, felt a bit cold also. Im about 6 weeks. Is low temperature normal in early pregnancy or should i be worried? has anyone got readings like this?
Before rushing to a private clinic and paying heavy consultation fees, check if your thermometer battery is low. Try measuring someone else's temperature first to see if the device is working. But if you really feel sick, don't save money on health, go see the doctor.
That's a bit low, actually! Sometimes thermometers can malfunction, so try checking again after some time. If it still shows 95 and you are feeling low on energy, do call your gynac to be safe.
Drink some warm ginger tea or warm milk and wrap yourself in a blanket if you are feeling cold. But if your temperature really stays at 95, please contact your doctor immediately. Do not ignore severe chills or shivering during pregnancy.
95 F is hypothermia range, which is highly unlikely unless you are feeling freezing cold. It's probably just a faulty sensor on your thermometer. Get a proper reading done at a local clinic if you feel weak or dizzy.
95 degrees seems very low for body temperature, dear. Please try checking again with another thermometer to be sure. If you feel cold or unwell, please rest and speak to a doctor.
Early pregnancy usually makes your body feel a bit warmer, not colder, so 95 degrees is quite unusual. Please don't worry, but do mention this to your doctor or visit a clinic to get it checked properly. Sending you warm hugs and prayers.
