I love nariyal pani and have been drinking it regularly. Now in my 2nd trimester and just want to confirm if its safe to continue daily. Anyone else having it through pregnancy?

yes it is very safe and rich in electrolytes, but i was so anxious after my past experience that i asked my doctor first. she highly recommended it for hydration, just make sure it is fresh.
