We've been trying since few months and its just not happening yet, getting a little anxious honestly. Can it really take time for some couples? Would love to hear from others who went through this wait.
With my PCOS conceiving took longer and periods were irregular too, so delays were normal for me. Everyone's body is different. If u feel something is off, getting checked early is the smart move.
If u mean overdue baby, yes it can go a bit past the due date, even a week or so. My second was 8 days late and the doc kept monitoring. They dont let it go too far though, so regular checkups matter.
I think it depends what u mean, delay in conceiving or delay in due date? For conceiving, yes it can take a few months and that's normal, dont lose hope. We took some time too. If its been very long maybe just chat with a doctor.
If u mean trying and it taking long, I really understand the wait, it can be hard on the heart. It can take time for many couples and that's okay. If u've been trying a while, seeing a doctor early just helps, no shame in it.
