Im around 6 weeks and saw some light spotting today, got really scared honestly. Im planning to call my gynac tomorrow morning to be safe. but just wanted to know if anyone else had this early on?

Yes it can happen, I had light spotting around week 5 and was so scared, but my scan showed everything was perfectly fine. It can be implantation bleeding for many. Still, I called my doctor the same day, and I would say you do the same for peace of mind.
