Im around 6 weeks and saw some light spotting today, got really nervous. I have my gynac appointment booked for tomorrow morning but till then im so tense. Did anyone else have this in early days?
Yes, light spotting can happen in early weeks, my doc said it can be implantation related. But she was clear that anything heavy or with cramps needs immediate checking. So a little spotting may be normal, heavy bleeding is not something to wait on.

I want to gently say please dont ignore bleeding. With me it started light and I waited, and I really wish I had called my doctor sooner. If you are bleeding now, ring your gynac today, dont wait for morning.
I had a bit of spotting around week 6 and I completely panicked. Turned out to be nothing and my baby was fine. But I did get it checked the same day, which is what gave me peace of mind.
