Just found out im pregnant, must be around 5 weeks. Saw a tiny bit of spotting and got nervous immediately. Is some spotting normal this early or should i be worried?
Oh I know how the mind races when you see even one spot, I googled at 2am and panicked. Honestly small spotting can be normal but the only thing that calmed me was actually calling my gynac. Do that, it helps so much more than google.
I had spotting in early weeks after my transfer and it terrified me, but my doctor reassured it can be normal. Still, I always told her every time. Please dont sit in silent fear, a quick call to your doc gives so much peace.
Yes, I had light spotting around week 6 and I felt so scared, almost cried. My doc said early spotting can be common, sometimes implantation. She checked me and baby was fine, but I'm glad I called instead of worrying alone.
Don't frighten yourself dear, a little spotting in the early weeks is often okay. Just watch the amount and colour, and rest a bit. Anything more than light spotting or with pain, get it checked promptly.
Light spotting early on happens to many women and is often nothing major. But there is a difference between a few spots and actual bleeding or pain. If it gets heavier or you have cramps, call your gynac, otherwise mention at next visit.
