Can triphala can be taken everyday while trying.to.conceive?
Ive been taking triphala daily for my digestion since long. Now we are trying to conceive and im not sure if i should continue it daily during this time. Anyone here who takes ayurvedic stuff while ttc, is it ok?
I love natural stuff too, but when trying to conceive I would not take any herbal thing daily without checking. Some ayurvedic items arent advised around conception. Please run triphala by a doctor or a qualified ayurvedic practitioner first.
Honestly even natural things can interact or affect things when you are trying to conceive. I would not assume its safe daily just because its herbal. A quick word with your gynac or ayurvedic doctor is the safest, dont guess.
Beta triphala is good for digestion in general, but during the conceiving phase it is better to be careful with daily herbal doses. In our family we stopped such things when trying. Best to ask the doctor before making it a daily habit.
