I keep needing to pick up things and bend down for chores but everyone at home stops me. Im 5 months along. Is bending actually harmful or are they just being overly careful? wanted to know for real.
I am in my 6th month and bending directly feels so uncomfortable now. How do you all manage to pick things up from the floor? Do you use those grabber tools or just squat?
Yaar, you can bend, but don't do it from your waist actually. Squat down with your knees instead, it is much easier on the back. Otherwise, back pain will kill you later!
Yes, you can bend, but do it carefully. Also, make sure you keep up with your regular doctor visits and thyroid tests, because hormonal shifts can make joints looser. Always ask your gynac if you feel any strain.
I only bend when I drop my snacks, haha! But seriously, squatting is much better than bending straight down, especially with a growing belly. Keep munching and take it easy.
I feel so anxious every time I accidentally bend down quickly to tie my shoes. Does anyone else also worry that they are compressing the baby? It's so stressful to keep checking.
