I get sudden maggi cravings late night, especially these days. Everyone says maida aur masala is not good but its just so tempting yaar. Is occasional maggi ok or total no?
It's fine to eat occasionally for cravings, but don't make it a daily habit. It has zero nutritional value and too much sodium. If you eat it, balance it out with healthy meals later.
Same here, I crave Maggi so much these days! I eat it like once in two weeks, but my MIL gets worried about the maida. Does anyone else's family also stop them from eating noodles?
Haan na, pregnancy cravings are so strong! Maggi kabhi kabhi chalta hai, bas jyada mat khana kyuki acidity ho sakti hai. I used to add boiled egg in it for some protein.
I would say avoid it if you can, or eat very little. Maida and the spice mix can spike your blood sugar levels quickly and also cause acidity. If you must eat, try the atta version with lots of vegetables.
I honestly ate Maggi once in a while when my morning sickness was bad and nothing else tasted good. I just added lots of veggies to make it slightly healthier. It didn't cause me any issues.
