Honestly it's normal yaar, lot of couples do. Just listen to your body and don't stress. If anything feels uncomfortable or you spot after, mention it to ur doc.
We were told to avoid it for a while since ours was an IVF pregnancy and they wanted extra caution. So please go by what your own doctor advises, don't compare with others. Sending you love.
In a healthy uncomplicated pregnancy it's usually safe, baby is well protected. But if there's bleeding, pain or you're high risk, hold off and check with your doctor. Best to just ask once at your appointment.
