It can be harder but not impossible, even with low quality some couples conceive. A semen analysis tells the real picture. If you have been trying a while, get that test done with a doctor.
We faced male factor issues in our journey, and I understand the worry. Lower sperm health reduces chances but treatments and IUI or IVF do help many couples. Please see a fertility doctor, dont lose hope.
