My period is 6 days late but the home urine test showed negative twice. I have all the feelings like nausea and sore breasts though. Can the test miss it even when u r actually pregnant? confused yaar.
Yes, mainly if done too early or with very diluted urine, the hcg is too low to show. My doc said use first morning sample and retest after a couple days if period stays missed. A blood test catches it earlier and more surely.
Mine showed negative first because i tested too soon and drank lots of water before. Retested in the morning and it was positive. So dont fully trust one early negative yaar.
It can, usually a timing or diluted urine issue. If your period is late and the kit says no, just get a blood test, its quick and clears it up. Saves you from second guessing.
