Can uterus stretching cause bleeding during pregnancy?
Im around 10 weeks and had a tiny bit of bleeding along with some pulling feeling in my lower belly. Read somewhere it could be the uterus stretching but im honestly nervous. Planning to call my doctor but wanted to hear if anyone went through this.
I get those stretching pains on the sides and it scares me, but mine never caused bleeding. Did anyone actually bleed from stretching? if ur bleeding i really think u should ring ur doctor to be sure.
The stretching and round ligament feeling can cause aches, but actual bleeding i wouldnt just brush off as stretching. In my case i was told any bleeding needs to be checked, dont assume the cause. Pls call ur gynac if ur bleeding.
Honestly bleeding in pregnancy always deserves a gynac call, no matter what u think the reason is. Could be many things. Better to get checked and be reassured than wait.
Stretching usually gives u those pulling pains and mild cramps, not really bleeding. Light spotting can happen sometimes for other reasons, but if there's bleeding always get it looked at same day. Dont self diagnose this one.
