Can vicks be used during pregnancy?

Caught a bad cold and my nose is fully blocked, im 16 weeks. Usually I just rub vicks and sleep but now im scared if its okay during pregnancy. Anyone used it safely?

Haan bilkul lagao na yaar! Pregnancy me waise hi hum normal tablets nahi kha sakte. Vicks is totally fine to apply on chest and forehead. Par steam lete waqt dhyan rakhna, zyada strong na ho.
