Down with a bad cold and blocked nose, cant sleep at all. My MIL keeps telling me to rub vicks on chest and feet like always but now im pregnant so im not sure. Is it okay to use? pls share what u all did.
When i had cold the smell of vicks honestly made my nausea worse haha so i avoided it. If it suits you a light application is fine. Steam also helped me a lot.
Yaar i used vicks for blocked nose plenty of times during preg, applied lightly on chest. Actually it helped me sleep. But if cold is heavy just check with doc once.
Beta a little balm on the chest or back for cold is what we all did, nothing big. Just dont put it near nose strongly or inside. For a bad cold do tell your doctor though.
