I keep dropping small things and have to pick them up the whole day. Now im scared every time i bend forward, thinking it might harm the baby. Is this okay or should i avoid it?
Dont worry too much, occasional bending wont harm baby, baby is well protected. Just for your own comfort and back, bend at the knees as you grow bigger.
My prenatal yoga teacher told me to avoid deep forward bends, instead bend from knees. Light movement is fine but listen to your body and what gynac cleared for you.
I had a low lying placenta so my doctor told me to avoid bending and heavy lifting. Every pregnancy is different, so if you have any complication please ask your gynac what is safe for you specifically.
In early months its fine, no issue. As belly grows bending forward gets uncomfortable and not advised much, better bend your knees and squat to pick things. Save your back.
