Im around 7 weeks and i keep stopping myself everytime i need to bend down to pick something or do floor work. My MIL says avoid it but i do it out of habit. Is bending actually a problem this early na?
In early pregnancy normal bending is fine, your body is well protected, dont believe everything you hear. Just dont lift heavy stuff or strain. As belly grows youll bend from knees anyway because its just easier.
Dear, gentle bending in early days is completely okay, the baby is safe and cushioned. Just avoid heavy lifting and sudden jerky movements. Listen to your body, if something feels uncomfortable, dont force it.
My saasu maa told me not to bend at all and it stressed me, but doc said normal bending is fine in early pregnancy. So I did light work, just avoided lifting heavy things and bending too much repeatedly. Balance the elders advice with the doctor na.
I was so scared to even bend to pick something in the start. Did others also feel this paranoid? My doc reassured me normal movement is okay, just avoid heavy stuff. Felt much better after hearing that.
Normal bending is okay for most. But if you have any spotting, cramping, or doctor told you its a sensitive pregnancy, then go slow and avoid straining. When unsure, just ask your gynac about your own case to be safe.
