Bit of a basic doubt but i always get confused about the timing. We are planning and i want to understand if the days right after periods are good chances or not. anyone here can explain from experience?
Yes, the days after periods leading to ovulation are actually good for trying. Ovulation is roughly mid cycle for most. Track your cycle and time it, no need to complicate it.
Right after periods chances are lower but rise as you near ovulation, around day 12-16 in a 28 day cycle. Sperm can also wait a few days. So yes its possible, time it around your fertile days.
We are trying too and learned the fertile window is usually a few days after period ends, around ovulation. I started using an ovulation tracker. It made the whole thing less confusing honestly.
