Haan na, light exercise is very good for health when planning! Mere gynac ne bola tha ki daily 30 minutes walk and basic stretching limits stress, ho na. Just avoid heavy weight lifting or getting too tired.
Exercising is great to keep your thyroid levels and hormones stable, which helps in easy conception. I used to do light yoga and walking daily before I conceived. Just keep your doctor in the loop and do regular checkups to monitor your hormone levels.
Hello! Moderate exercise is wonderful during the planning phase as it builds stamina for the upcoming 9 months. Things like walking, cycling, or swimming are super safe. Just avoid extreme or high-impact workouts and listen to your body!
Doing moderate workouts is actually highly beneficial when you are trying to conceive. It helps manage stress and keeps your BMI in check, which is great for fertility. Just keep the intensity moderate and consult your doctor to ensure your routine is perfectly safe for your body.
Haan, physical activity is definitely very good when you are planning to conceive, na. It keeps you active and reduces all that planning stress. Just stick to normal walks or home workouts and don't overexert yourself.
Yes, you absolutely can! My doctor told me that moderate exercise like brisk walking, yoga, or light strength training is excellent because it balances hormones and prepares the body for pregnancy. However, she specifically warned against starting very heavy or exhausting workouts if your body isn't used to it.
