Can we do facial in pregnancy?

There is a wedding at home and I wanted to do a simple facial, but I am 15 weeks pregnant. I am worried about chemicals and strong smell. Did anyone do parlour facial while pregnant?

Haan yaar I did, but actually I told the lady to use only mild natural products, no bleach no peels. Pregnancy skin gets touchy so go for the gentle option, you'll be fine.

Basic gentle facial is fine. Just skip the harsh chemical ones.

I mostly did simple home facials with curd, honey, besan type stuff to be safe. Parlour ones I kept very basic. For any strong treatment or if skin reacts, better check with doctor first.

I got a couple of gentle facials during pregnancy and it was fine, felt nice actually. Just tell the parlour ur pregnant so they avoid strong chemical peels and harsh treatments. Stick to basic clean up types.

Simple hydrating facials are generally okay, but avoid peels, strong acids, retinol based stuff and machines. Skin gets sensitive in pregnancy. If ur unsure or have sensitive skin, a quick word with ur doctor or dermatologist helps.
