Im only 6 weeks and bohot nervous about everything right now. MIL keeps saying be careful so now im scared it might harm the baby. Is it actually safe in starting months? anyone?
I am in my second trimester now and we had the same doubt early on. Our doctor told us it's safe unless there is bleeding, but we still felt too scared to try. Did your doctor mention any specific precautions for you?
Yes, we did and everything was completely fine. If you have a normal, low-risk pregnancy with no spotting or previous complications, it is totally safe. Just confirm once during your first scan.
Actually, my gynac told us it's completely fine if there are no complications. But honestly, yaar, the constant nausea and fatigue in early pregnancy made me totally uninterested. Check with your doc just to be sure.
As long as your doctor says it's fine, go ahead! Personally, my energy in early pregnancy was so low that I just wanted to eat hot pakoras and sleep all day rather than do anything else. Just check with your gynac once.
Honestly, I was way too anxious and terrified to even think about it during the first trimester. If you have even a tiny bit of cramping or spotting, please avoid it and call your gynac immediately. Safety first!
