Yes, my gynac did an early scan around 6 to 7 weeks to confirm location and heartbeat. She said its safe and sometimes needed to rule out ectopic. They use it when there's a reason, so go by what your doctor advises.
I was scared early scans might harm the baby but my doctor reassured me they are safe. Mine was at 6 weeks. Did others also feel anxious about doing it too early?
Yes early ultrasounds are safe and done when needed. But dont rush to do one at 4 weeks, often too early to see anything and u just worry. Let the doctor decide the right week based on your dates.
