summers here and i made fresh aam panna at home, was about to drink and then stopped thinking if its fine in pregnancy. im in my second trimester. its homemade so should be ok right? wanted to confirm with you all.
I loved it for the cooling effect in summer, raw mango is fine cooked into panna. Just make it at home and keep sugar low. Anything store bought I avoided due to additives.
Aam panna was my summer saviour yaar, it actually helped with the heat and nausea. Homemade is best so you control the sugar and hygiene. Just dont go overboard with the sugar in it.
It is refreshing but watch the sugar, it can be quite sweet. I had GD so I kept it very light and rare. If your sugar is normal, a homemade glass now and then is fine.
