Can we drink buttermilk at night during pregnancy?

I love chaas after dinner, it settles my stomach. But my mom says dont have it at night, you'll catch cold. Is that true in pregnancy or just an old saying?

Beta in our tradition we say curd and buttermilk at night can cause cold for some people. If it suits you and you dont catch cold easily, a little is fine. Otherwise have it in the daytime na.

I drank buttermilk and it actually helped my acidity at night yaar. If it suits your body go for it. Just dont have it ice cold.

At home majjige is a daily thing for us, even at night sometimes. It cooled my system and helped digestion. My doctor had no problem with it either.
