I usually prefer slightly warm water and someone at home said cold water is better in pregnancy, now im confused. Im about 4 months along. Is lukewarm water totally fine to drink through the day? anyone?
Absolutely fine. Warm water actually helped my acidity and constipation in pregnancy. Just dont make it too hot, comfortably warm is best. Keep yourself hydrated overall, thats the main thing.
Lukewarm water is great, I switched to it when cold water was triggering my throat and acidity. Helped my digestion too. The main goal is staying well hydrated, warm or normal both work.
Haan beta, lukewarm water is very good, easy on the stomach and helps with digestion and acidity. I drank warm water through both my pregnancies. Nice and gentle, no harm at all.
Yes ma, we even prefer warm water at home. It soothes the stomach and is comforting in the mornings when nausea hits. Just keep it mildly warm, not boiling hot.
