We are planning since last month and I feel low on energy most days. I already have protienex at home from before so thought of having it daily. Is it ok to continue while ttc or should i avoid? anyone?
I was taking a protein drink for my workouts and when we started trying I asked my gynac if I should continue. She said small amount okay but check the ingredients. Better to confirm rather than guess, na.
Protein supplements are usually fine but honestly while trying to conceive its better to ask ur doctor before adding any powder. I just focused on real food, dal, eggs, paneer, that worked for me. If u still want a powder, get it cleared first.
Generally these are sold as health drinks so its not alarming, but trying to conceive is a time I'd be a bit careful with any added supplement. Doctor advice is best here, mine adjusted things based on my reports.
Honestly instead of spending on protein powders I just ate more home protein, sprouts, curd, eggs. Cheaper and works. But if u specifically want protienex pls run it by ur doctor first.
