I love anjeer but since I had gestational diabetes I had to be careful as dried figs are quite sugary. If your sugar is normal a couple are fine. Just dont overdo the dried ones, fresh figs are lighter.
Yes anjeer is lovely during pregnancy, my mother used to soak two figs overnight and give me in the morning. Its good for digestion and iron. Just keep the quantity small as it can be sweet, and ask your doctor if u have sugar concerns.
Anjeer was my fav craving snack, especially anjeer halwa, oops. Soaked ones taste so good and help with constipation too. Just dont finish the whole packet like I almost did, haha.
