Bread toast is easy for me when nausea is bad, but I am eating it almost daily now. Family says maida is not good. Is normal bread okay sometimes in pregnancy?
Yes bread is fine. I ate toast almost every morning both pregnancies. Just pick fresh bread, whole wheat or multigrain is better than plain white if u want more fibre. Nothing to worry about here at all.
Haan ji bread khaa sakte ho. I had bread butter and bread with veggies often. Just keep it fresh, check it has not gone stale or smell. Simple and easy when u dont feel like cooking.
Bread was my comfort food! Sandwiches, toast, garlic bread sometimes lol. Totally safe. Just dont live only on white bread, mix in the wheat ones too so u get something more than just maida. Enjoy it.
Bread is okay but white bread spikes sugar more, so with my gd I switched to whole wheat or brown bread. Pair it with some protein like egg or paneer so it doesnt spike fast. If ur sugars are normal, regular bread in moderation is fine too.
