Honestly craving a burger so badly these days, second trimester cravings are real. But not sure if outside food is ok now. Do u stick to veg ones or avoid altogether?
Honestly the burger cravings were so real for me haha. I had one now and then, well cooked, and felt zero guilt. Just keep it occasional and fresh, dont overdo the fries every time yaar.
An occasional burger is okay, just make sure the patty is fully cooked and it is from a clean place. Avoid raw or undercooked meat and too much junk regularly. Once in a while to satisfy a craving wont harm, just dont make it a daily thing.
With my GD I had to limit burgers, the bun and sauces spike sugar. If your sugar and weight are fine, an occasional one is okay. Just go for properly cooked fillings and dont pair it with a sugary drink.
