My birthday is coming and ghar pe everyone wants to cut cake. I really want a slice yaar but my saas keeps saying no sugar in pregnancy. Is a little bit ok or should i avoid totally?
I totally understand how hard it is to control those sweet cravings when you are carrying a little miracle inside you. Of course you can have a small slice to make yourself happy, just don't overdo it. Sending you so much love!
Arre black forest, truffle, jo bhi mile khao behen! Once the baby comes, you won't even get time to eat a cold roti peacefully, let alone enjoy a slice of cake. Just eat in limit and enjoy the sugar rush!
With twins inside me, I ate enough cake to bake my own bakery, haha! Just check if it's fresh and buy from a hygienic place, don't worry about minor things unless your gynac told you to cut down sugar.
After my long IVF journey, I was very cautious about everything I ate, but my doctor told me a small piece of eggless cake occasionally is absolutely fine. Just ensure it is fresh and try not to make it a daily habit, take care dear.
I am in my 2nd trimester and honestly I have been craving chocolate cake so much, but I get scared thinking about the sugar and maida. Have you guys also eaten cake during your pregnancy or did u completely avoid it?
Oh I was literally thinking about ordering a red velvet pastry today! Is it okay to eat bakery cakes though, or should we only eat homemade ones to avoid raw eggs?
