Sounds like a silly question maybe but someone in my family told me to avoid wheat thoda during pregnancy. I eat chapathi daily na so now im confused. Is it fine to continue?
Arey absolutely, chapati is our staple food, why wouldn't you eat it? Don't stress too much about what to eat and what not to eat, just make sure you have it with some healthy sabzi or dal. Enjoy your meals dear!
Actually yaar, chapati is super safe and full of carbs which you really need right now for energy. I used to have multigrain chapati with a dollop of fresh ghee. Just don't overeat if you are having acidity issues, baki enjoy your normal ghar ka khana.
Haha yes of course! I literally survived on warm chapati and ghee because nothing else would stay down. Eat it without any worry, just don't try to roll them yourself if you are too tired like I was!
My pregnancy tracker app showed whole wheat chapati is an excellent source of complex carbs and dietary fiber, which helps prevent constipation. Just try to pair it with protein like paneer or dal to keep your sugar levels stable. Track your daily portions, but it's totally healthy!
Chapati is perfectly safe and highly nutritious as it has whole wheat. When I was pregnant, I used to feel so emotional and confused about every single food item, so I completely understand your doubt. You are doing a wonderful job taking care of your baby, eat well and happily.
