It is an easy cheap breakfast actually, I relied on it a lot. Just check the sugar on the packet, the plain variety is better. Pair with milk and a banana and you are sorted.
I had to be careful with corn flakes because of my sugar levels, they spiked me. If your reports are normal its okay but watch the portion. I switched to oats which suited me better.
Yes corn flakes are totally fine, I had them most mornings. I added fruits and nuts to make it more filling because plain ones have a lot of sugar. My tracker app suggested adding protein with it.
