My elders keep pushing me to eat almonds and dates everyday saying it's good for baby. But i read somewhere too much of certain dry fruits can be heaty. So whats the real thing, are they safe and how much is ok?
Dry fruits are nutritious, but dates and raisins are sweet so i kept those small since i watched my sugar. Nuts like almonds and walnuts i had freely. Check the portion if you have any sugar concerns.
