My nausea is bad in mornings and my mom keeps saying take a little ginger in tea or water it will settle. But im not sure how much is ok now that im pregnant. Do u all take ginger? in what way?
Haan beta, a little ginger in tea or with warm water helps with nausea, it is an old remedy. Just keep it in small amounts, dont take big doses. A small piece in your food is perfectly fine.
I leaned on ginger a lot for mild nausea and it worked nicely in moderation. But if your vomiting is severe and you cant keep anything down, dont just rely on home tips, please see your gynac. For normal queasiness though, a little ginger is lovely.
Ginger genuinely saved me during my morning sickness phase. I would sip weak ginger tea or chew a tiny bit and the queasiness eased. Keep the quantity small though, too much gave me heartburn.
