I love munching on roasted peanuts in the evening and ive been doing it through my pregnancy too, currently 16 weeks. Then someone said too much might not be good and now im second guessing. Is groundnut fine to have regularly?
Haan beta groundnut is good, it has protein and folate which is helpful in pregnancy. We always ate it, especially in winters. Just have it in moderation and dont eat if youre allergic to nuts. Roasted is better than too much oily ones.
Yes peanuts are fine and actually nutritious, good protein source. I snacked on roasted groundnut a lot. Only avoid if you personally have a nut allergy. Otherwise no issue at all, just keep portions sensible.
Groundnuts are good but they are calorie dense, so I kept the quantity in check because of my sugar and weight. As a healthy snack in moderation its great. If you have any allergy though, skip it and ask your doctor.
Groundnut is honestly such an affordable protein snack during pregnancy, I relied on it a lot instead of expensive stuff. Roast a batch at home and munch through the day. Just dont overeat and avoid if allergic.
