My mom keeps giving me gud after meals saying its good for iron and all. Im in my second trimester and just want to be sure its fine to have daily. Anyone else eating jaggery regularly?
Beta gud is good, it has iron and our elders always gave it. Just dont eat too much at once, a small piece is enough. In moderation it is a nice healthy sweet.
